"Husband and wife duo Che-Val is made up of Laura and Kenny Cash. The pair first formed out of infatuation, but their passion for music quickly evolved into a strong desire to share a new kind of music with the world.
Their personal interpretation of modern alt-pop is built upon crashing melodies and pulsating bass lines. Their newest single “My Beat” which was released in August is an 80s inspired track with electrifying synths, an energetic rhythm and enticing vocals. The track as a whole is a lot of fun and easy to get into. It isn’t necessarily the most complex of songs, but they have sampled some of the best practices from 80s music and created something that is modern, exciting and enjoyable.
