Kenny Cash is the man behind Che-Val's unique sound. A versatile and artistic producer-musician, Kenny hails from the world-famed Berklee College of Music, where he mastered the bass, guitar, drums, keyboards, and even clarinet. After college, Kenny taught himself the art of production and sound engineering. In 2009, he opened the Factory Underground Studio in Norwalk, CT, where he’s worked with Fred the Godson, Sid Wilson (Slipknot), Capadonna (Wu-Tang), Ron Saint Germain, Cory Gunz, and more, even garnering praise from KRS-One. As a result, Kenny has secured a licensing deal with Hitcher music and has earned a multitalented reputation as a hip-hop beat master as well as remix extraordinaire within the EDM genre.

Laura Cash lends her tantalizing vocals and hook-laden songwriting to every Che-Val song. Inspired by her father playing free jazz on his Fender Rhodes and her grandmother who sang opera at Carnegie Hall, Laura began filling notebooks with original lyrics and melodies at a young age. Now, Laura pours her heart and soul into a computer hard drive, engineering her own vocals to perfection. Laura and Kenny’s passion and support for each other led to their provocative name and, as a result, Che-Val was born!

An excellent photographer, director, and mix engineer, John is like the unseen third member of Che-Val. Kenny and Laura thank him for helping to craft such an amazing image and being an equally amazing friend.

The Factory Underground, owned by Che-Val's Kenny Cash and partner Ethan Isaac and located in Norwalk CT, has been home to Che-Val and their album "Gone Mad." Fostering a contagiously-artistic vibe, the Factory has inspired Che-Val projects from start to finish.

In order to cultivate the talent that came through his Norwalk studio, Kenny Cash started an indie record label, called Handsome Money Music, that can offer artist development, production,and digital distribution. Handsome Money Music provides an avenue for up-and-coming talent to develop their performance and recording skills. More importantly, it’s a place where artists can come to support each other and build together. The label is based out of the Factory Underground in Norwalk, CT and it provides in-house producers, engineers, and photographers/videographers.

Kenny's partner in the Factory Underground Studio, Ethan Isaac has been an important part of Che-Val's project with both vocal production and vocal training. Ethan is the lead singer of Edisun, an American rock band preparing to release their sophomore record on SRG (Sono Recording Group). Edisun have previously broken the Top 40 on Billboard Active Rock with their single "Wide Awake."

Lighta will always be an essential part of Che-Val. Lighta is Kenny's protege and unofficial little brother. Though he passed away, his spirit remains with Kenny, inspiring every project and every unique sound. The band could not be what it is without him! Naturally Amazing, aka Young NA, is a longtime friend and gifted artist. He lends his talent to the Che-Val song "The Lead," and both Laura and Kenny find themselves lucky to have him in their corner. He is a force to be reckoned with and an artist to look out for!

The Funky Dawgz Brass Band is exploding onto the live music scene not just in their home state of Connecticut but also across the region and even down in New Orleans. This 10-piece funky groove machine is loaded with high-energy horns and a backbeat that is irresistibly funky. Che-Val feels especially lucky to have the Funky Dawgz featured on their track Love Still Waiting as well as Tommy Weeks' saxophone solo on My Beat.
